I'm facing some troubles with thinking about ideas for our new assignment on blogs. Although I typically do pretty well with informative and persuasive writing I'm having a little trouble thinking about how I'll go about it. A blog is someone's own piece of writing that they put out there for the world to see and form their own opinions about. Giving my own interpretation on someone's blog and then trying to persuade other people to read it because of how I felt about it seems a little tough.
Writing a blog on a blog via a blog is already pretty confusing in itself. It could be worse though, informative and persuasive are the easiest for me to write. I'm a pretty convincing person and given a topic that I'm a tad familiar with and I can give a well written and pretty persuasive piece of writing. This class has made me much more familiar with blogs and I think that's going to be a huge advantage in this new project.
I agree. I believe its going to be hard trying explain why someone should read this persons blog. I am a blogger myself, and i follow a good many blogs. Not everyone has the same taste in material, or art, or information at that. I am not worried about the project, i can't wait to see the out come.
ReplyDeleteI agree as well. I never read a blog until this class and this class has helped me out a lot but I'm still worried I might get confused when it comes to picking my blog to write about.
